Directions for snake use:
Snake Mite Spray is a fast acting, long lasting mite spray ideal for killing snake mites. Snake Mite Spray can be used on snakes, enclosures and enclosure decorations.
Shake well before use. Spray mite spray sparingly onto your snake (not excessively) or spray onto a cloth and wipe the liquid onto your snake’s body. With a cloth wipe the mite spray liquid along the snake’s body including the ventral scales (Where the mites like to hide). Avoid spraying the eyes and facial areas.
Place the snake in a clean empty tub with very good ventilation (very important) and leave for 60 seconds. Immediately wash and rinse the mite spray off your snake thoroughly with water and place it back in its cleaned enclosure. Keep a close eye on your snake over the next two weeks and if mites are seen again repeat the process. If you notice your snake spending extra time in its water bowl it could be an indication that it has mites.
Directions for cage use:
Remove all substrate, hides, water bowls and cage decorations. Lightly spray enclosure and decorations with mite spray. Wipe excess mite spray off the inside of the enclosure and rinse all cage decorations and accessories with water. Allow the enclosure to air for an hour and allow cage accessories to dry off. Add new substrate, return cage accessories and place your snake back in the enclosure.
