Urocaridella pulchella (Cave Cleaner Shrimp)
Description:
Urocaridella pulchella is a delicate, reef-safe shrimp species belonging to the “cleaner shrimp” group. It is translucent with subtle red and white markings and is well known for its cleaning behavior – picking parasites and dead tissue off fish. Due to its small size and shy nature, it is less commonly seen in the trade than other cleaner shrimp like Lysmata species, making it a unique addition for dedicated aquarists.
