I was a bit disappointed as the one "tower" is extremely lose, even after securing it to the ceiling. I would imagine that the only way of tightening it would be to cut open the inner cover of the little "sleeping spots" to see how its connected. My kittens cant jump onto it without the whole thing swaying. Considering how expensive it is, I was expecting it to be a lot better.
Furthermore, the "foot piece" that screws against the ceiling wasn't well attached to the pole...when screwing it down ( to put the pole up straight before tightening it against the ceiling) the foot piece pushes out of the wood of the pole..and physically detaches. We had to improvise to to prevent this from happening. :(
