Updates to Our Livestock Shipping Process

Dear Valued Clients,

We are excited to announce that we have recently streamlined our livestock checkout process to make ordering easier and more efficient for you.

As part of these improvements:
•    There is no longer a need to add additional livestock packaging (poly box) during checkout.
•    Livestock delivery charges will now be based on weight and polybox included. Delivery is calculated on overnight costs.
•    When ordering dry stock items exceeding 1kg, please place separate orders.
•    When ordering any marine livestock, we suggest that you select airfreight as they are more finicky due to stress during transport.

We continue to cover Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 48 hours from the time the package has been booked and collected. If any DOAs occur, please see our DOA policy on our website. If you are in an outer lying area, please expect a call from our team once your order has been placed. In some cases, delivery may take up to 72 hours. We will contact you first to confirm if you would still like to proceed with the order, as we can only guarantee delivery up to 48 hours. To celebrate these improvements, we would like to offer a 15% discount coupon (FEBFISH15) that you can use online and for livestock only, valid until February 17th.
