Product Description
Torpedo Barb
(Sahyadria denisonii – also known as Denison Barb / Red Line Torpedo Barb)
The Torpedo Barb is a fast-swimming, eye-catching schooling fish best known for its streamlined silver body, bold black lateral stripe, and vibrant red markings on the head and dorsal fin. Native to fast-flowing rivers and streams in India, this species is active, alert, and brings constant movement to larger community aquariums.
Despite their energetic nature, Torpedo Barbs are peaceful and do best when kept in groups, making them ideal for well-maintained, spacious freshwater setups.
