    How does livestock shipping work?

    When ordering livestock please add a polybox to your cart for an accurate overnight courier cost. Overnight shipping (1-2 working days usually). For marine livestock we prefer to use air freight from main city center to main city center. Pls contact us for air freight costs. Livestock will only be dispatched on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday morning (weather dependent )

    How do you ship frozen foods?

    Our frozens foods are packed with dry ice packs that can last for up to 48-52 hours. When ordering frozen foods please add dry ice box to cart. We only ship out frozen foods on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday

    What's your policy on DOAS?

    If by any chance you receive livestock DOA (Dead On Arrival), please forward a clear video and photos of the bag unopened. A credit will be given on the items lost -no refunds

    Do I need a permit for a reptile?

    Yes. Before any reptiles can be released we first need to apply for a transport permit which can take anywhere from two days to two weeks. Once we have received the permit we will then arrange courier. It is your responsibility as the buyer to apply for a captivity permit.

    ''available to order'' are items that are currently not in stock instore but can be ordered and delivered within 5-7 working days- Please confirm availability before ordering

    What happens if I order a product and it out of stock?

    If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you asap to see if you would like us to substitute the item with an alternative product or provide feedback when the item will be available.
