For marine livestock we prefer to use air freight from main city center to main city center. Pls contact us for air freight costs. Livestock will only be dispatched on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday morning (weather dependent )

Our frozens foods are packed with dry ice packs that can last for up to 48-52 hours. When ordering frozen foods please add dry ice box to cart. We only ship out frozen foods on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday

If by any chance you receive livestock DOA (Dead On Arrival), please forward a clear video and photos of the bag unopened. A credit will be given on the items lost -no refunds

Yes. Before any reptiles can be released we first need to apply for a transport permit which can take anywhere from two days to two weeks. Once we have received the permit we will then arrange courier. It is your responsibility as the buyer to apply for a captivity permit.
