Native to Central African river systems, this nocturnal bottom-dweller is an excellent choice for aquarists looking for something a little different in smaller freshwater setups.
Despite their small size, these catfish are active, inquisitive, and full of character. Best kept in groups with plenty of hiding places, they thrive in well-structured aquariums with driftwood, caves, and subdued lighting.
