Frogspawn Coral

The Frogspawn Coral (Euphyllia sp.) is a popular LPS coral loved for its long, flowing tentacles tipped with rounded or branching ends that resemble clusters of frog eggs. Its gentle swaying movement and vibrant colours make it a beautiful addition to mixed reef and LPS aquariums.

Once settled, Frogspawn can expand considerably during the day, creating a full, flowing appearance. It is generally hardy once established but appreciates stable water parameters and should be given enough room away from neighbouring corals.

Important: Avoid strong, direct flow that causes the tentacles to whip around or prevents full expansion. Allow plenty of space between Frogspawn and neighbouring corals due to its ability to sting nearby specimens.
