Milpro Adult Cat (16mg/40mg) is a broad-spectrum, beef-flavored, film-coated deworming tablet for cats weighing over 2 kg [5.2, 5.11]. It treats and controls major intestinal parasites—roundworms, hookworms, and tapeworms—using a combination of milbemycin oxime and praziquantel, often administered monthly for consistent protection
Key Features & Description
- Target Species: Adult cats weighing > 2 kg
- Composition: Each tablet contains 16 mg milbemycin oxime and 40 mg praziquantel
- Effectiveness: Highly effective against immature and adult stages of Cestodes (tapeworms) and Nematodes (roundworms)
- Palatability: The tablets are meat-flavored and film-coated to make them easier to administer to fussy cats
- Tablet Shape: Oval, red to pinkish, and scored on both sides for easy splitting
Dosage and Administration
- 2 - 4 kg: ½ tablet
- > 4 - 8 kg: 1 tablet
- > 8 - 12 kg: 1½ tablets
- Administration: The tablets can be given at any time with or without food, typically directly by hand or mixed into food

- Age Restriction: Do not use in kittens of less than 6 weeks of age
