Orange Hammer
Hammer Coral
The Hammer Coral (Euphyllia sp.) is a stunning LPS coral known for its large, fleshy tentacles tipped with distinctive hammer or anchor-shaped ends. Available in a variety of beautiful colours, Hammer Corals add fantastic movement and texture to a reef aquarium as their polyps gently sway with the water flow.
Once established, Hammer Corals can develop into impressive colonies and make excellent feature pieces in both mixed reefs and dedicated LPS systems. They prefer stable water conditions with gentle to moderate flow that allows the polyps to move naturally without being whipped around.
