Virbac Milpro for Puppies is a highly palatable, broad-spectrum deworming tablet designed for puppies and small dogs weighing over 0.5 kg and aged at least 2 weeks. It contains milbemycin oxime and praziquantel, effective against tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms, whipworms, and Spirocerca lupi
Key Features & Description:
- Composition: Contains 2.5 mg milbemycin oxime and 25 mg praziquantel per tablet.
- Ease of Use: Film-coated, meat-flavored tablets that are easy to split and highly palatable, allowing for accurate, easy dosing by hand or in food.
- Target Parasites: Treats adult and larval hookworms, roundworms, whipworms, tapeworms, and Spirocerca lupi.
- Heartworm Prevention: When used monthly, it helps prevent heartworm infestation
Dosage and Administration:
- Usage: For oral administration with or after food.

Dosage Guide:
- 0.5 - 1 kg: ½ tablet
- > 1 - 5 kg: 1 tablet
- > 5 - 10 kg: 2 tablets
- > 10 - 15 kg: 3 tablets
- > 15 - 20 kg: 4 tablets
- > 20 - 25 kg: 5 tablets
Frequency: Puppies should be dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age, then monthly until 6 months old.
Warnings:
- Do not use in puppies less than 2 weeks of age or weighing less than 0.5 kg.
- Do not use in pregnant or nursing bitches.
- Safety in Collies or related breeds is lower; strictly follow dosage instructions.
- Should not be used on severely debilitated dogs or those with kidney/liver issues
